Dorsey sent scouts to almost every single game of Lynch last year. Dan Patrick mentioned it every week.

Watch the video of Dorseys interview after taking that into account.

I understand that I'm making a guess off intuition, but the look on Dorseys face when he says "everybody goes back and forth discussing who the best QB in this draft is between Goff and Wentz...I find that....interesting...absolutely was one of playing coy and indicating he thought someone else should be in that conversation.

No way Dorsey sent scouts to all of those games unless he has a very serious interest and thinks very highly of Lynch.

Man, this draft stuff is such a crapshoot. Think about all of the fantastic players that come in late rounds, mid rounds...

It all really comes down to coaching and scheme fit at the end of the day. Talent is only half the battle.
