The fact that he seems to be leaning towards pissing all over the power the commissioner has by siding with Brady and all his bullshit. The CBA point blank gives Goodell authority to do exactly what he has done. Period! What the hell does all the tiny holes in the evidence matter? It shouldn't. Balls were deflated, Brady is mentioned by the guys that were doing via their phones, he failed to help the investigation in every way he could so Goodell suspended him.

He has the power to do it in the CBA and this jackass thousand year old judge doesn't care. He's acting like Brady is some victim when he's just a whiny baby. No other player has been given such treatment by the Players association or a judge. ****ing pitiful that some can just do whatever they want and walk away just because of who they are.

Total bullshit.

Not necessarily. Spygate didn't affect him at all, particularly since the violation was due to filming in an unapproved location. They can video signals from other locations. People don't understand that scandal either.

Furthermore, some QBs said it wasn't a rule until Goodell sent out a memo about it. I read Goodell clarified the rule. Nevertheless, BB never denied it, did it openly and said he interpreted as meaning the tape that could not be used in the current game and he didn't. I read the rule and it was not well worded.

As for getting some advantage using deflated balls, explain to me why he played better when the balls were pumped back up to regulation and nothing was done in the SB either? Or explain his play when some refs, before the Jets game, pumped the balls up to over regulation to 16 psi. Even Goodell admitted it provided no competitive edge and the judge noted how Brady played better with corrected balls after. Kessler mocked how he knew the Ideal Gas Law in high school.

It was always a rule that taping could only be done under strict guidelines. How they proceeded with the taping got them in a lot of hot water.
