This. The offense is going to rely on Jeremy Maclin, a second year Travis Kelce, a Jamaal Charles that's approaching 30, a track-star kick return specialist, two UDFA receivers and a fullback with some versatility to make the most out of short passes to consistently move the chains and score on offense.
The Maclin signing is big, but consider he's only had one year were he wasn't playing opposite DeSean Jackson and that was last season, where the Eagles got 800 yards out of a second round rookie receiver and 700 out of a tight end. The Chiefs still need a true #2/#3 receiving option.

- 3 years in the same system (this will be the first time in his career) - 3 years with same HC and OC (this will be the first time in his career) - Serviceable OL (Making strides still TBD - but right now looking good) - Solid weapons... (Almost there, I think Maclin is the best WR for Smith that he's ever played with) Everything is looking good for me. If we get a few more pieces, then we'll finally see what we'll see. I hope it turns out as good as I, and apparently Reid and Dorsey, think it will.

I'll bet KC takes a wide out with #1 and #4 picks. They'll draft at least two guys for wide receiver.

In addition to upgrading talent, the moves Dorsey has made thus far really open up a lot more possibilities in the draft. With all the picks we have, we could really do some damage. Haven't been a huge fan of Dorsey's moves until this offseason, but to say he's starting to change my mind is an understatement.

Let's nab Tyler Lockett in the 2nd. If we do that, Dorsey can take a kicker in the first for all i care. That kid is going to be a playmaker in the NFL.
