Don't know if it was mentioned but has anyone ever tried peanut butter?I remember there was a place in Sedalia that was famous for goober burgers but I could never muster up the courage to try one.

See I like mayo on other types of sandwiches, like ham or turkey. Along with jalepenos. But not on a cooked hamburger.... That's a taste combination that doesn't make any sense to me..
Would you put mayo on a hot dog?

peanut butter is awesome on a burger...and neither requires - or plays well - with any other condiment...sans bacon, of course

I can't claim one "perfect" burger. I like a good juicy 1/3 pounder grilled to medium with a slice of cheddar, a little onion, lettuce, and tomato.
I also like specialty burgers with things added, like an egg overeasy, sautéed shrooms, carmelized onions, bacon, pesto, roasted red peppers, chili, pastrami, etc. the list goes on and on. They are all awesome |

Mayo is good on a burger. Mayo, mustard, tomato, lettuce. Maybe a little black pepper. Prefer it with no cheese.

That's a pretty interesting looking burger. I'll have to try it.
I like blue cheese on mine. Or sometimes I'll go for the hawaiian burger w/pineapple and swiss cheese. With the holiday coming, good time to experiment.

I like this too, but hold the onion on the sandwich, and instead, put the burger on a nice fresh onion bun. Maybe a touch of spicy mustard.
