I would have patiently waited to purchase Star Wars Battlefront but my brother is a die hard Star Wars (and Steelers) fan and was excited to purchase and play online. |

The consumer is to blame for companies releasing unfinished games.

J/K. Couldn't help it. But seriously, in games' past, Battlefront would have needed an awesome single player quest with a COMPLETE multi-player game on the side for $50. Games like Half-Life, Unreal Tournament, HL2, etc. This shit is getting out of control, and the consumer needs to shut it down. |

Well I've cast my vote by playing the beta and not buying the game. That was enough to tell me that while it looks beautiful, it's sure not what I'm looking for in a game right now.
Off to the wasteland, where there's plenty of stuff to do that doesn't involve getting pasted by some 14 year old calling me a bundle of sticks. |

After not liking the beta I preordered anyway. Huge star wars nerd...
But target.com inexplicably cancelled my preorder. Protecting me from myself I guess. It's gonna be around a long time. I can always get it later. Cheaper. |

I bought it because I dreamed of having a game like this when I was a kid. Also my kids are really into Star Wars and love playing it. It's essentially COD or Battlefield with Star Wars skins....that statement is pretty accurate. Still enjoyable enough for me.

Not Battlefront, but a good game.
It's complete bullshit how little content is in the game, however. |
