We had one here years ago but it closed. Never had it myself, but people still talk about it from time to time saying it was the best and they missed it.

When your food comes out seconds after ordering, of course it's gonna be shit quality.

Pro tip: Order your fries without salt and ask for a salt packet on the side

That's why I usually order with a hold on something on it like pickle. I don't like pickles anyway.

Used to eat at Goodcents in Warrensburg a lot back in the 90s, and it was fantastic. Pretty sure that store is long gone now. |

Goodcents blows ass now. Over priced. Basically a penny club is about four paper thin slices of meat, and a pound of old lettuce. Used to love that place but it's gone way way down in the last decade.

Goodcents in my neighborhood has been doing 1/2 price subs after 4pm deal lately. Not bad for that.
Planet Sub is usually my go-to though.

If it wasn't clear, my main critique is it's largely boring compared to other offerings, No flame grilling or zesty sauces or fancy new brioche buns to set it apart.

I worked at a Wendy's for awhile when I was a kid. I worked the salad bar mostly, if that tells you how long ago it was.
I do like Frosties - and fries dipped in said Frosties - but I would take a Reeses McFlurry over a Frosty any day. |

Wendy's Superbar was a top 5 trashiest thing I've ever been apart of. Even as a kid I knew it was lowdown and dirty. It was like a swap meet broke out inside a Golden Corral. I loved it though.

Working the salad bar at Wendy's pretty much put me off salad bars and buffets. Ugh. People are pigs.
