There is a possibility free-agent QB Peyton Manning (Colts) could meet with the Kansas City Chiefs, after meeting with the Denver Broncos Friday, March 9.

Free-agent QB Peyton Manning's (Colts) visit with the Denver Broncos Friday, March 9, does not make them the favorite to land Manning. In fact, other teams are starting to be aggressive in expressing their interest. No contract negotiations were expected to occur during the visit. Manning did not work out for the Broncos, but wanted to familiarize himself with the team's facilities, organization and geography.

When Pioli was hired, many thought that he would be a "draw" for available FAs; they would want to play for the "Executive of the Decade."

Three years later, we're questioning if he's created an environment so toxic that it would dissuade rather than persuade.
