Happy they pulled through with a win. I cant imagine they are too happy with there performance though. They will certainly have to clean some things up before buffalo and seattle.

We're not fair weather. We think big picture. I.e. Playoffs.

Understood. But, the best way to have a great season is to move forward to the future while playing in the present, and not dwell on the past. But, since you put it that way, I have a theory.

The Chiefs will return to the Superbowl if:

A. They defeat the Indianapolis Colts in the playoffs
B. They can luck out (no pun intended) and not have to face the Colts in the playoffs at all.

This is based on 4 of their previous 5 playoff appearances. Shut down Andrew Luck; shut down the entire Colts' offense.

I also like how you ignored the two QB sacks by Justin Houston in the first half. Stats don't lie. You make no sense. And don't say the only reason the Chiefs held on to the lead was because the Jets fell apart. They didn't do much of anything for most of the game, so that statement would be false.
Meh, its ok to call certain things out even in a win.

Guarantee Reid will use his favorite saying "we still need to clean some things up" in his presser... it could've been a prettier win, nothing wrong with pointing that out.

It just seems to me some fans are not impressed with a Chiefs' victory unless they're flawless, and win by 30 or more points. That's the attitude of a fair weather fan.

I would imagine Andy Reid and most of the Chiefs players would be saying the same thing many people on this message board are saying… it was a good win and winning in the NFL is tough no matter who you are facing, but the fact the Chiefs missed several chances at the end of the game to close things out (rather than just relying on the Jets to bungle their own way to defeat) is something that needs to be corrected.

I don't think anyone's saying there's not things that need to be cleaned up. Of course there are. But we won by two TDs and honestly the game was never in jeopardy at any point. We are five and three and with SD losing a game they should have won we have the edge over them at this point. Every win is a good thing...enjoy it a little bit. Chief fans are so burned they've forgotten how to enjoy a win.

Enjoying the win, not happy with Big Candy and his game management.
