But Waiters was the wrong type of SG once the Cavs got Lebron back. The Cavs really needed someone like Reddick, who can score without taking a single dribble. If JR Smith can actually have - gasp - shot selection, I think this will see him hit career highs in FG percentage.
He's got talent but he's not what the Thunder need. They need a couple of smart basketball players that can pass and shoot the 3 while playing defense at an acceptable level. More importantly they need a coach that isn't drawing up plays in crayon.

That's the key. OKC actually has pieces now with Adams and Morrow filling holes from previous seasons. Waiters and Reggie Jackson are too much alike to work well off the bench together, but adding Waiters does add another piece. It also pushes Lamb further down the bench, which is interesting. Serge needs to get back to being a monster inside on the glass and as an intimidating shot blocker.

The last 2 games are the worst cluster ****s I've ever seen. I don't know if it's all the pending trade talk, but some guys on this team clearly don't give a **** right now. Another week of these performances and I don't see how Brooks can survive. I'm to the point where I either hope there is a total shit where they show what they should or just tank and get a high pick.

On another note if Memphis gets Deing or Uncle Jeff you'll be right there with Golden State.

Even when the Thunder had 7 ****ing players they didn't lose back to back games by 20 plus. I've said many times Brooks is good with a young team developing. He's not good handling strong willed super stars. This thing is breaking down worse than I ever thought it could. There is a nice six day break coming up which would be the perfect time to bring in a new coach.

OKC has the talent but they have 15 guys going in different directions. Golden State, San Antonio, and Memphis are cohesive units with a system.

This is the equivalent of the Chiefs having one of the best teams in the league, the franchise QB and stuck with Romeo Crenell for eternity. Interim coaches never get rings.

If they stick with him it's all going to fall apart. I see no scenario where the Thunder win a Title with this functional reerun.

I'm surprised Jeremy Lamb has been so awful.

We'll see. I've been hoping for Wilson Chandler. Green would be a nice piece, but Deng is a complete shell of his former self. They don't need another good defender/teammate type.....they need offense, either a very good shooter or a creator off the dribble. With ZBo out the last couple of weeks, it's clear just how much they rely on their big 3. Without even one of them, they fall back into the good but not great mix.

Hmm if Memphis is interested in Deng, Prince's has a nice expiring contract, I wonder if they could get a 3 way going with somebody else. If I was Riley I would kick the tires or make a phone call to see where the Knicks are with Melo. If Knicks want a full on blow the bitch up mode which they seem to be on that would be a possibility. You would have to throw some salaries in to make it work. Or just sit back and wait until 2016 and make a free agent run again with Horford or Noah, etc.

This is Presti's mess. Thunder Fan was more than willing to swallow whatever Boy Wonder put in their mouths. Fortunately, most are beginning to come to their senses.

Don't get too invested in the Heat, you're only one game away from switching teams again. As it stands, the Kings have the same record.

So now lebron has to fly to Miami because of the warm weather to help his back heal? like i said earlier in this thread, this might be the end of the Lebron as we know it. How big he is and how hard he plays, his back isnt going to hold up.

Happens to everyone though.

It's too bad he won't live. But then again, who does?
