There was a similar rumor on PowerMizzou that was shot down pretty quickly. Smith actually hasn't been working with the team for awhile; since prior to the first game I think.

Thanks for clarifying, I was hoping its true so Ricker gets shit canned quicker.

College Gameday is at the Liberty Bell in Philly, which is a 15 minute walk from my apartment. Should I bring a "Fire AJ Ricker" sign tomorrow?

Sure. Doesn't mean that Smith didn't criticize Ricker (pretty funny if so), just that if he did, it was a while ago.

Not sure if there is any interest or anyone in Columbia on this thread, but I have 6 tickets to the game this Thursday that I won't be able to use. Bought them at a silent raffle after drinking all day and didn't realize it was a Thursday night game at the time. Anyhow...seats are in section 313 row 2. All side by side.

Not expecting to get my $$ back...just trying to cover a little of the loss. Let me know if anyone is interested!

COLUMBIA, Mo. – University of Missouri junior quarterback Maty Mauk has been suspended from the team for disciplinary reasons, as announced today by Head Football Coach Gary Pinkel. The suspension is in place for the remainder of the 2015 season. Mauk had been reinstated to the team on October 25th after missing the previous four games for a violation of program policies.

Per department protocol, further details of the disciplinary action will not be discussed.
