How old is your car?

Cars have become extremely reliable over the past 20 years. In 1996 the avg car in the road was 3 years old. In 2006 it was 10 and now it's 12.

How old is yours?

I'm like you, I have long ass legs and pretty much hate all cars. They aren't made for tall people.

That's why I lease.
Yeah, **** that I just assume that wife and I are going to drive good enough to avoid getting into accidents that are our fault. If we scratch a fender or something, that's something I have to cover.

Between insurance property tax and the car payment it is a bitch owning a newer vehicle.

So we had to tighten up a bunch but I managed to at least eliminate 2 of the 3.
I hear that.

Haven't had a car payment since 2006 when I paid off my Cherokee..drove that for 16 years before an uninsured driver totaled it.

No car payment.
Cheap to insure.
Cheap to register.

The police were no help but LoJack found it within 14 hours of the theft. She had a rental for 3 weeks and one week after we got it back, fully repaired, a Ducati slammed into her car (I was actually sitting in the passenger seat) coming around a corner 300 yards from our home.

I thought the dude was dead but he was okay. The vehicle needed another $4k of work.

I traded it shortly after.

Our home is ****ing stupid.

45 foot tall, 3,700 square foot, stupid ass 17x-17 garage. From my understanding, it would have cost the original contractor more money in dynamite to blowout the hillside further, so he didn't.

****ing home builders.

5,600 square feet. I have an 1,100 square foot patio blocked off by a 30 foot retaining wall, which holds up the hillside, so the builder could have adjusted it more evenly.

But builders don't give a ****, at least out here.

You've told me that before I think. That's shitty. So many people here use their garage for storage and park their cars on the street anyway. That's one rule in my house I will NEVER break. Too many idiots and car theft here for me to want to risk that.
