Which three players in the NFL would you build a franchise around?

You can pick any three players currently in the NFL. Salary Cap space not being an issue, who would you choose?

I'd be in win now mode, and I'd go with Aaron Rodgers, Julio Jones, and Von Miller.

Ooooh, picking from the past could be fun.

Probably go Peyton Manning, Reggie White and Lawrence Taylor. LT in today's society wouldn't fly though so to avoid risk I would consider Deion Sanders or one of many LTs.

Imagine picking up a Bruce Matthews, Anthony Munoz, Willie Roaf, Jonathan Ogden or Orlando Pace and being set for 10-20 years.

Or Jerry Rice. I'm not too fond of taking WRs early to build a team but what kind of numbers could a prime Jerry put up in today's NFL? Good Lord.

No joke.
Actually, the neg rep was because you was defending VonDouchebag by attacking Dee Ford. And because you had been particularly annoying on that day. I just chose that one to neg rep. There were several options available.

Blah, blah, blah. Everyone who supports the team is a "truefan", like that is some kind of insult. I will have you know that I hated the Eric Fisher pick. I really wanted a quarterback with the first overall pick. But, wouldn't you know it, the Chiefs get the first pick in the worst draft ever. Go figure. So I learned to live with tthe pick. I wanted Carr over Ford. I wanted Lynch last year. But you know what? I don't make the personnel decisions for the Chiefs. All I can do is cheer for who is on the team. There is no sense whatsoever in grumbling about it because there's not a damn thing that I can do about it. So I guess that makes me a "truefan" in your eyes. Whatever! You are a douchebag in my eyes so go screw yourself asshole!! I can't believe they made your sorry ass a mod! I know I voted against it.

You are correct. And I am still correct in stating that Von Douche is far superior to Ford, and always will be in most likelihood.

I'm very surprised that anyone has even considered choosing a RB. I just don't see the value in today's NFL.

They have so little value in the NFL except in KC...

Its the easiest most disposable position on the field in the modern day NFL. They are a dime a dozen and should NEVER warrant a huge contract...

Use, discard, replace....

Just like Jamaal... Dude is washed up broken down junk. discard and replace...
