Spread QB's rarely work out. The league figured out RG3. Kaep has never put up any wow stats in the pocket. Alex isn't that great reading coverage. JFF looked completely ****ing confused. Geno threw a ton of picks bc he can't read defenses. Weeden looked clueless. The list goes on and on and ****ing on.

The only college spread QB I can think of that's starting today that's actually successful is Tannehill.

Marriotta looked like a deer in the headlights in his last game. He was completely clueless. Shit man. You'd probably have better luck drafting Bryce Petty and sitting him for 2 years, and even that doesn't seem like it has a high success rate.

That's why it's so ****ing hard to find QB's these days. Colleges play spread offenses and have their QB's be game managers who do simplistic roles with tons of quick motions on the outside.

Bridgewater looked really good last year. Probably bc at Louisville he did everything. Pro style offensive scheme that forced him to look downfield and make progressions, set protections and constantly read defenses.

I love how we're always picked to take oline in the first round every year. Outside of Albert and Fisher, we don't. Last time we took back to back olineman in consecutive years in the first round we're '98 and '99. What is this ****ing national media's obsession with KC and oline?
