That was THE. WORST. two-minute offense I've ever seen.

Worst. Absolutely ridiculous.

yup, that situation is not rocket surgery.

The STH that I get my tickets from is considering dumping them next year. Suppose it is good that the decision falls with him and not me. I was considering picking up his extra ticket permanently but not so sure now.

He won't throw his receivers open. There is no coverage on the sideline on that play, he could have stared down the arrow and threw DAT (sorry bout that) open. Kelce's route will be open most of the time, he can sit or run the out depending on what he sees. Arrow pulls the flat defender down, 7 route over the top of that. This is a common sideline flood/spot concept.

That was a bad two minute drive, but there have been worse.

I mean, there have been two minute drives where the driving team throws a pick on the first play. That's gotta be worse.

Do you want the bandage ripped off real fast or so slow you feel every single bit of all the pain involved for 2 entire minutes ?

Yeah, the Cassel screen pass interception at San Diego occurred with 1:26 left in the game down 3.

I don't think that applies, here. Even after every short pass, wasted clock, etc... there's a (minuscule) chance something good happens on the next play. After an interception, unless Rivers is taking the snap, it's over.

I know what you mean. I guess , for me, it's a case of 'been here done that' too many times. When it comes down to coming from behind in the last 2 minutes I fully expect them to lose. Every single time.

I'm with you.
I hod the lowest of expectations for a positive outcome with that drive. But there's always that one chance.
Grbac had the huge Rison TD on that Monday night in oakland.
Cassell had the huge throw to Moss while in new England
Even the worst win every once in a while...
