A suggestion that I think would be worth discussion...

I think we have enough posters that we could have 1 for each team instead of each poster having 2 each.

Possibly having each poster that is a current "GM" have the choice to either keep both teams OR to chose who he wants to give the other team to.

What do you guys think?

Nope the 16 posters with 2 teams each is the best method. We have this down to a science now. The 32 posters was just a cluster ****. Hell we lose 2 to 4 each with 16, 32 is a disaster.
