What's for Dinner During Playoffs?
I had some Scimeca's mild italian sausage in the freezer I needed to use, so today I'm making crock pot chili. Scimeca is a local KC company that makes wonderful sausage products. One pound of mild sausage, one pound of ground beef, can of... rotel, half a bottle of chili sauce, diced red onion, garlic, cilantro, coarse salt, fresh black pepper, dash of cinnamon, dash of dry mustard, dash of Louisiana hot sauce, dash of onion powder, packet of Williams Chili seasoning (my favorite). You brown up the sausage and beef first, drain it good, then let it crock for four or five hours. Serve in a bowl with tortilla chips, shredded cheddar cheese and a spoonful of sour creme on top. You can chop up some scallions for garnish if you dare. Here's a good recipe from Jimmy Fallon (of all people) that is similar to mine:

I have 8 racks of ribs out on the smoker. Along with that, baked beans, German potatoe salad, regular salad and hot apple pie to top it off.

Had some chicken boneless bits like the hereford house serves up and some fire ass Mexican dip spread. Refried beans with the jalapeño in them is bombtastic. Broccoli florets, celery, and ranch dip. A nice spread and quite enjoyable
