I believe that most of the reports about the culture of Arrowhead are true. I also believe that Pioli is a terrible GM and generally loathsome individual.

Agreed. Look, regardless of how good or bad it is this is something you sign up for. Being in crappy work enviornments in the NFL are expected from certain organizations. It doesn't seem like this is due to his work life, but even if it is, it's still not his bosses fault.

What? It didn't help if anything that may of been what drove him off the deep end. Just IMO. We will never know.

I am not claiming what it was. Maybe it was all how Arrowhead was. My point was that even if that's true it's not Pioli's fault. You don't have to be a Chief. I can understand it sucking to be a Chiefs player this year but even if one was driven off the edge because of it I don't think it's on the person that created that environment. One could kill themselves because they saw an ugly car, doesn't meant the person that made the car is to blame. I think the grey area is when the person was forced to be in the environment, i.e. children.

Some people just cant be reasoned with I guess... have fun thinking Pioli didnt have any sort of hand in this. Workplace killings happen all the time, same with suicides... almost always comes back to something at the work place.

I agree with that. Being a member of this this team didn't help.
