Loose term, I'll admit. Was Bernie Kosar a franchise QB for the Browns? You could argue pro and con and be right on both sides.
However, the Chiefs have never drafted and developed a starting caliber QB in the history of the team. |

Thanks for the admit. Had this argument last Jan in GB while attending playoff game. Friend from school and I went back and forth. Is Flacco a "franchise" QB? I want a QB who wins the Super Bowl. The list is VERY short.
