There wouldn't need to be a long evaluation period for him, because if he struggles with any aspect of being a pro quarterback he becomes your "wildcat" option. We burn second round picks for smaller, less valuable players. In a year that everyone is whooping about our FA signings and talking about the draft being icing on the cake, I don't know why someone wouldn't at least consider him in the fourth. |
