I think this is the one I noticed and mentioned in the game thread. The refs can't call holding on every play, though. So they only called them on the half of the plays when the Chiefs were on offense.

It happened like 4 times on replays. Sacks will be down across the league on markee QBs. They just don't want them hit. It's that simple. More scoring is good for business.
