Not trying to blow the budget on a rental. Would like to stay below 2K. If we were kidless, this is exactly the area we’d be looking. Maybe I’m misremembering, but I’m not sure it fits what we are looking for currently.

Always liked Brookside....but yeah, it's a "bit" higher....
