This. If the Chiefs can grab him, it would be a fantastic add. I'm shocked the niners let him go. He's a fan favorite and they don't have many of those.

Would he give us the option of keeping Zombo off the field?

Doesn't he have to pass the waiver wire first?

That's only for young players with 3? or less years vested... I think.

A 1-year deal then can go whever he wants at the end of the season. He gets to win and go to he playoffs and gives us injury protection and more leadership. I wonder if he would be willing.
I bet he is better than Ragland for the rest of THIS season. |

I haven't watched him in like....forever, so i can't speak on his game. If the Chiefs think he's a fit then bring it on. I'd certainly support it (and then call for his cut if he looks like shit)

I'd bring him in in a heartbeat. Dude can still play at a high level and will give us more than the other scrub ILBs on the team.

Can anyone tell me why Bowman was cut from a terrible defense? I really don't know.
Three days ago Shanahan was insisting he was still the starter. I get the impression that he was put on the block, took it personally, and refused to practice or suit up for the team. |
