This is something I hate. My all-time favorite horror movies, Alien and The Thing, briefly show the creatures. Not seeing it is a great way to build up suspense and paranoia. That's what really made those movies great. I hope they don't overdue it here.

Wasn't that impressed with the latest trailer.
Just looks like a remake of Alien. I'm starting to get that 'Terminator ' feeling We have reached a point of diminishing returns

I feel the same way about this franchise as i do about Terminator. They took a great concept and ran it into the ground.
Too much over-explanation about everything. Too convoluted, etc....

Hate to disagree.....but i really liked The Martian, Matchstick Men, Robin Hood, American Gangster and Black Rain.

I'll go see it. As long as it's Ridley Scott ripping off himself, I'll be okay with it. Hell, I really enjoyed the last one, even though the characters were dumb as a bag of shit and I still don't understand why the big bald albino guy hated everybody.
