I would recommend not setting it on fire or having any material that could set fire to it

We're still in escrow. I have the walk through Tuesday and sign off on Friday.

Greg, Marsha, Peter, Jan, Bobby, and Cindy didn't mind artificial grass.

Sorry, don't know the first thing about it, but would definitely like to know how it turns out. What's going on in the front yard?

I'd be all for it if you want a grass area. We pulled all the real grass at our place and xeriscaped the yard with beautiful drought tolerance plants and filled the space in with red gravel. We didn't have a need for grass but if we did, it would have been artificial grass for sure. Congrats on the house!

I highly recommend. We've had it for years and I can't imagine going back. Yard looks great and 0 upkeep, except the occasional rake

Crab grass works for the neighbors and I'm having a hard time keeping that shit out of mine.

Since California is in a drought, Lennar is putting all bark in the front yard. There's a bunch of plants and a drip system installed. I don't mind the bark for now, less hassle. I want to get my back yard done first.
