Finally beat Amelia last night. Just stayed in close and dodged right for the most part.
I just got the Blade of Mercy and Ludwig's Rifle. Pretty decent setup if I can get the shit upgraded right. I'm having trouble with that. Playing a lot of the labyrinths. |

So ive died a bunch.....but last night i finally made it out of the first area where the crazy villagers are.....and i stumbled across some wicked bat-like creatures and tiger-like creatures.
Then i got to a point where i was going up and down levels and ladders.....then a hunchback (cleric???). Any how.....took me forever to get past villagers.....then i finally get to new area.....and die......ONLY TO FIND OUT I RESPAWN BACK ALL THE WAY BACK TO BEGINNING OF VILLAGERS AREA!!!!! When the hell do i get to a new save point/respawn point???

The save points are lamps you can light once you clear a boss or make it to a new area. You open shortcuts as you move throughout the area you're playing. You'll get used to it man, trust me. Once you do, you'll love it. I still can't put the damn thing down. It's been damn near a month now. |

There's a shortcut you unlock. Go back to the great bridge and where the guy jumps out at ya, go there. Go down the stairs to the left and keep going up those stairs. Kill the guy and unlock the door.

There's a few things I've found helpful online when I was new to the game. The wiki is surprisingly helpful with things like strategy against tougher bosses, different perks, how to level up and hidden areas.
http://bloodborne.wiki.fextralife.com/Bloodborne+Wiki Also, if you don't mind spoilers YouTube has great walkthroughs. |

I ****ing hate the "Nightmare Frontier" area. Even if you go offline, those bell ringing ****s still bring NPC assholes.
And those big rick throwing ****ers? **** them too. I'm officially taking a break. |

My hunter the first time around. I focused way too much on a strength/hp build when I should've focused on arcane and bloodtinge at first, then strength later. Unfortunately, even though I'm sitting at level 45 already, (just beat the forbidden woods bosses) I cant do shit pvp yet. So I'm going to have to do a few speed runs through old Yarnham and the Ward to get enough upgrades. That area is a complete bitch but there's a lot of good shit to pick up. |
