Yeah. I could see that as a small benefit.

I just have to be thankful that I don't have any food allergies or gastrointestinal issues.

Gluten free as a diet fad, I'm not really high on that.
However, having to live gluten free because of celiac disease is an entirely different story. |

Which is why I stated diet fad. Less that 1% of the population has true gluten sensitivity. Most of the people that swear gluten is a problem don't even know what gluten is or what gluten intolerance actually is.

could be wrong could be false. I seen reports and articles that say yes, there can be an issue and no there isnt any and only a certain few actually have it. I have always had digestion issues since i was really young so this spans over 20 years. I have noticed that my digestion issues are better if i cut out gluten. Some say its a fad, some say its not, this goes with both people and doctors. If it makes you feel better then **** it. do it. |

I am on a strict gluten-only diet. I will not consume anything that does not contain gluten. My only source of water is that which I absorb into Wonder bread.

I've avoided gluten for years now, my doc says it helps minimize general inflammation which I've found to be true and a good thing at this stage. Avoiding wheat probably has a couple of other benefits too for some people.

You know who looks like she desperately needs more gluten? Katie Cassidy. And I believe I have just the right type of "gluten" to feed her.
Also, as a dude with a foot fetish, how am I NOT supposed to be in love with her? |

Going gluten-free has been the best health decision I've ever made, hands-down.
A DNA test showed that I had a genetic preponderance for Celiac Disease, so I thought I'd try giving the gluten-free diet a try. I went from having daily headaches, lack of energy, and basically feeling like crap on a daily basis, to feeling about 30 years younger. I still have a hard time believing that a dietary change could make such a difference, but I'm not complaining. |

I feel shittier since eliminating gluten from my diet.
But then, my diet wasn't utter shit before I started. |

I started feeling better almost immediately after I cut out gluten. I didn't expect the change to be as quick and dramatic as it was. I was hoping for some improvement, but I certainly didn't expect it to be life-changing.
