Although I hate every lie filled BS, 1st amendment issue. You want to change the constitution, fine. Just go get the Senate and House to pass it and then work on 38 states to ratify the amendment.

No. When I was in advertising I made a shit ton off political ads. They had to prepay for all advertising thus I got paid quick. Not to mention for the 3 big markets in Missouri you get two states at a time which makes for a lot of inventory for times of the year that are traditional a little slow.
