They have a top 10 QB, 0 line, without argument a top 5 WR the last 3 years, and a very solid TE and no 2 WR.

Their HB's might be the 2nd best in the AFC. Bell is a freak talent (even if slow) for his size and Blunt is a hammer.

You have just about every position overrated, and Roethlisberger is aging, and despite his size, he's taken a beating throughout his career.

You could argue a few positions on the O line and perhaps QB but that's it. And no sane person dumps Ruthlessrapist out of the top 10.

When allowed those HB's produce and Antonio Brown is a top 5 WR the last 3 years. Heath Miller lacks pass catcher speed at the position but he's an exceptional blocker and catches almost everything...
