My votes in an easy to rank heat:
#1 - Apollo 13. If this scene isn't in the championship, then we aren't good Americans. #2 - Silence of the Lambs. It's not the best scene in the movie, but it's the second-best scene in this heat and the best SotL scene left in the tournament. #3 - Cool Hand Luke. I like this a lot, but am not sure if it's one continuous scene. There seems to be some controversy, so I'll vote it out. #4 - Blazing Saddles - It needed a sodomy joke to move to Round 4. #5 - Office Space. Good music is integral with a good scene. This has terrible music that's not even really music.

50 eggs, it's all about Cool Hand Luke eating 50 eggs so yes it is a continuous scene.

Stop voting for Office Space! You're adults! You're grown men!
Apollo 13 is one of the greatest fictional moments in American history! Those actors were in grave danger in outer space, and Ed Harris saved them!

I'm with you Rain Man. I can't believe office space made it this far. It would be a travesty for it to advance over any of the other scenes in this heat.

That office space scene is classic American cinema.
We have already established that while Rainman can put together a nice tournament, his movie acumen is lacking~ |

That Office Space scene is one of my all-time favorites. Pitch perfect.

What if you voted for both of those? Would that person be half genius, half idiot?

Go, Apollo 13! Go! You only need three more votes! You're here (chalk hitting chalkboard) and you need to be here (chalk hitting chalkboard).

Quote:
http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showthread.php?t=243616 Comfortably Numb came in second, with Bohemian Rhapsody third. Good songs all, but the great error was kicking out several Springsteen songs that should have won, along with Fortunate Son by CCR.
