My favorite is poached and then topped on toast or a corn pancake.
Never like them cooked hard scrambled or fried. I like egg white cooked and yolk runny but warm. |

Love them in eggs benedict Scrambled with dill (underrated and simple ingredient for it) Also baked like in a gruyere quiche, but mediterranean food has interesting uses too (great in tagines, tave kosi, tunisian egg dishes) |

Awesome on a good burger. Runny yolk and toast is heaven. Deviled eggs kick ass too. Fried egg sandwiches the ultimate quick snack.
