Why do black people cross the street so slow?

The thing that bugs me and I've seen every race of person doing it, is the people that back into parking spaces, even diagonal spaces where they have to pull out the wrong ****ing way. Why? Are you robbing the place and need to make a quick getaway?

Unless you really suck at backing in, you're less likely to hit someone or another car backing in than backing out. It's safer.

He's saying you know there's no traffic in the parking space, so you can take your time and back in. Backing out, who knows when someone will be racing down the lane in your blind spot?
