I understand the "he was the best QB available" argument. Believe me.

But, watching our team hitch the wagon to another noodle-arm for the foreseeable future is just hard to stomach.

We sit back and watch guys like Luck, Griffin III, Wilson, Kaepernick, even EJ Manuel (when healthy) and it is hard not to want in on that action.

But, we're tied to Alex Smith because he was the best option we had. Whatever.
