Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started. Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. I disagree with a lot of his ideas about what constitutes "healthy," but Clay's done a hell of a job losing weight and getting fit. Not sure why you keep acting like he's some kind of fatass.

How much fruit are you eating a day and what kind? I know some fruits are decent carb sources, but I hear a lot of negativity about too much fructose.

I'm pretty sure that every dietitian is going to include "Not drinking your calories" into the top 5 ways to be healthier and lose weight.
Does that mean that you can drink diet soda all day long? No. But calling someone a fat ass while you claim to drink regular soda because aspartame is the devil....just makes you look like a ****ing reerun. |

Did I ever say I'm skinny? I chose my path that's why I'm overweight, but that doesn't mean I don't know anything about nutrition. I do know what's good and bad for you. I know Clay lost weight I have him on FB, it's not like I don't know him and what he accomplished.
