Will a Vitamix make a smoothie four times smoother than a Ninja? No? Yeah, that's what I thought. **** Vitamix.

There's a reason pro kitchens use Vitamix and not Ninjas. |

They have to be perfect. Can imagine going to some steakhouse or high dollar establishment in Vegas ordering some type of sauce on your steak or your vegetables and it came out chunky Ninja Style? You're get bad reviews and people would claim you use inferior equipment. |

If you have some kind of sauce on your steak you're doing it wrong.

I am going to have to see a side by side comparison of smoothie particles before I can agree with you on that.

Oh, and you were WAY too quick to jump on that. It's in response to this thread, not any one individual.

When it comes to threads on cooking, he's pretty consistently shown that he knows his shit. In this case, he's right. If you're talking pure smoothies, of course you have to really love smoothies or have a lot of money to burn to justify the cost. But if you like to cook, there is a shitload of stuff you can do with a Vitamix that you can't do with an average blender. Not to mention that standard blenders are often frustrating to work with and hard to clean.
