Hope they get magic right this time. So disappointing when I can tool around with enchantment/alchemy to enhance blacksmithing and get my weapons to do sick damage even against the ever-scaling enemies, but there was no way to raise magic damage past what was available in the perks.
You had to use enchantment as a mage to make it where your gear allowed you to infinitely cast spells just to have a chance, and even then with the "BLAAARRGH ZERG ZERG ZERG!!!!" style of enemy AI, you could still wind up getting your face raped because you couldn't kill those ****ing Draugr Death Overlords before they ran up to you and sliced you into quivering bloody sushi. Oh, and bring back the spell creator from Oblivion. It wasn't all bad though, I did something similar to this with my mage, and basically turned him into the ultimate assassin. Quiet Casting combined with Assassin's Blade, and enchanted gear that allowed for infinite casts was really damn fun.

So, I'll be the first to admit that I was never really into games like Elder Scrolls/Skyrim etc.
the genre just never interested me. Well, until recently. I picked up Witcher 3 and love it. Anywho, I was out the other day amd stopped by my local Target. They had the super awesome special edition of Skyrim for PS3 on close out. Bought it for 8 bucks and figured WTF? Might be fun. Christ, I've put in about 3 hrs and can't put it down. Why didn't anyone tell me???? Even though it's dated, it's really a beautiful game. The ****ing music is some of the best I've ever heard. This took a lot of effort from the Devs. |

Xbox Live had Skyrim for like $7.99 or something ridiculous about a year ago so I decided to hit it up. I think I put in like 80 hours on that game with one character and still only reached level 50-something.
There's just so much to do. |
