Like most here, I only watch ESPN for live sports and some 30 for 30s. Haven't watched a studio show in ... forever.

Surprised how many said they've never heard of Werder. He's been doing the NFL draft for years (yes, as a Cowboys honk), so I remember seeing him a lot before I switched the vast majority of my draft viewing to NFL Network 2-3 years ago.

they could probably save some money by reducing Sunday NFL Countdown from 18 hosts, down to 2, maybe 3.

because nothing gets me fired up for Sunday more than hearing 10 former athletes talking at the same time.

It has nothing to do with their race. I don't give a shit about who's anchoring sportscenter anymore and watching them dance isn't going to change my mind.

Plus, actual sports starts at 6...why would I be watching Sportscenter instead?

It's a cringey, ineffective ad. Fire the person who created it, not Ed Werder.

Ed Werder was a goofy looking dude with a pornstache and about 0 personality but he certainly had league connections and always gave excellent info on NFL Countdown.

Maybe he should take dance lessons though! You need to be young and hip now, Ed! Not old and informative.
