According to ESPN's Chris Mortensen, Browns WR Nate Burleson fractured his left arm during a recent minicamp and will need minor surgery.
Just a few hours after the Josh Gordon suspension news breaks, the Browns receiving corps takes another punch to the gut. Although Burleson is expected back for training camp, this is the same arm he broke during last year's car accident and the recurring nature of the injury is cause for concern. Without Gordon and Burleson, the Browns top-three wideouts would be Andrew Hawkins, Greg Little and Josh Cooper. It's not a warm welcome for Johnny Manziel. May 9 - 10:42 PM

And tell me why? Can the players not drink alcohol? I'm not talking about other legal things as many of those are performance enhancing. This is nothing of the sort. I'm only talking about pot. It's an antiquated rule in this day and age for a suspension that long for ****ing weed.

Maybe not onfield, but just like cancer patients. It helps them feel better. Sleep. I could not imagine some of the pain these guys feel after games. Weed would help. Of course, that does not really help their off season blunders. |
