I think we need a guy like this, but damn, we also need a good blocking TE on the roster too. Where is Jason Dunn when you need him!

He was due to make $8.25 mil with the Lions before he got cut but I don't know what he'll offer on the open market. He'd be at best the 5th option in the Chiefs offense so I wouldn't want to pay him much. Harris is making $2 mil and I guess it you can get Ebron for a little bit more then it would be worth it.

At this point I think money needs to be invested into defense... Kelce, Hill, Watkins, Hunt and Ware. That's already a lot of weapons right there.

Here's the problem if you do that, normally you need your 2nd TE to be able to block, Ebron is basically an oversized receiver. While he hasn't been terrible it would mean the Chiefs would still have work to do as Kelce and Ebron as your 1-2 would cause mismatches in the pass game it wouldn't be ideal for short yardage runs.

Ebron sucks. But, a 2 yr incentive laden contract might make sense. Let’s keep going backward. Colquitt, DAT....

Ebrons talent level is off the charts, trash is taking this shit way to far. In reality if you did sign him, your pass offense would be stupid ridiculous as he can get open against good coverage let alone bad coverage.

and people think Harris has stone hands...
I've watched quite a few Lions games and as much as I've wanted to like Ebron, he seems to love to drop passes. |
