So they decided to take a few more meaningless games off in March rather than the usual December-February stretch. This means they're going to lose to a meager Celtics team?

Cavs looking like ass again.

Be very surprised if they get back to the Finals.

A regular season loss in March to the Bulls? Damn, I don't know how they'll bounce back from this one.

Provided the Bulls hang on here, the Cavs are 5-9 to start March. That's not good.

Last March they were 9-5 in the first 14 games.

There's a clear separation here. This team isn't as good.

They've been clowned by the Spurs, Wizards, Clippers, Rockets and Heat and five of those games weren't even close.

They have ONE win against a team with a winning record in March.

Wow, I had no idea they were sucking so badly in these completely meaningless games devoid of any intensity, energy, or a modicum of defense. It's clearly the Celtics' time.

So the Cavs meant to give away the #1 seed. Sure.

I wouldn't worry about the Cavs they still have Lebron and he will drag them into the Finals I bet. It is pretty cool though that the Celtics could end up the #1 seed.

You're absolutely right. With major threats like the Wizards and Raptors out there looming, they clearly should have given a shit about this stretch of games. Being a #2 or #3 seed might be too much to overcome in this conference of death.

Cooler than when the Hawks came 1st in the conference by 7 games two years ago? I can't quite remember what happened to that team when the real games started, though.

Way cooler. The Celtics are a super young team with a bright future.

So I've heard. But they might want to get a #1 who plays defense and a #2 who isn't Al Horford if they plan on contending for a NBA championship at some point in the next 5 years.

The Wizards shit all over the Cavs defense en route to a 127-115 win just the other day.

The Bulls are 4-0 against the Cavs this year.

Do you know what the Cavs record is against the Spurs, Thunder, Clippers, Rockets, Bulls, Celtics and Warriors since Jan. 1?

2-11

Weaker team.

0-4 in regular season games against the Bulls? Well that does it. They're doomed. I don't even know why we need the playoffs this year.

I didn't understand why they didn't make the trade for Paul George or Butler. But they have some cap room to work with in the off season and probably a Top 3 pick.
