Yeah, I don't get the fps complaints. If you can run it at a solid, continuous 60 FPS, you will never see any problem due to FPS. Your eye doesn't process that fast. As long as it never dips below 30 fps, you would never even be able to tell unless you read the numbers on the FPS meter.

Why in the name of Zeus' butthole did I pre-order this on Amazon? My packages usually get here around lunch time.

Whatever. My rig can run a lot of games at 150 fps on ultra settings. I don't notice anything wrong with the way it runs Fallout 4. If you can spot something amiss with your bat-vision, sucks for you i guess.

Buck happens to have a 144hz monitor and would like to run the game over 60FPS, he cant, since its using an old engine and riddled with bugs~ But in the part that you think there is no difference in 60 and 30, and 'your eye cant see it' you are just plain, unequivocally, 100% wrong, and its not close. |

I didn't say there was no difference, but as long as it stays pretty constant at 60 fps and never drops below 30 in the worst circumstances, you aren't really going to notice much, if anything.

You are flat out 100% wrong. I have a 144 Hz monitor and the differnce between 60 FPS and 144 FPS is clear as day. Don't spew shit as fact if you don't know what you're talking about. Edit: as far as your 2nd post saying you can run games at 150+ FPS, if you don't have a monitor that has a refresh rate above 30 or 60 Hz, then you won't notice a difference. |

I can lower my monitor's refresh rate to 120/60/30, but I don't want to because 144 looks better. Bethesda for no ****ing good reason at all tied animation rate directly to refresh rate, and the most hyped game of 2015 is leaving a sour taste in the mouths of people who CAN ACTUALLY MEET THE RECOMMENDED PC SPECS THAT BETHESDA PUT OUT. SO STUPID.
