Oh, I mean any of the lots around the stadium like you'd think of with Arrowhead are reserved. I can't think of where there is a big parking lot over there, but there are people who park cars in their yards or businesses. Whoever gave you the tip probably knows more than me.

I don't spend much time in that part of town if you know what I mean...

I bought a prepaid pass for Talleyrand and Swift. A block north of where the tailgate is planned. It was $16.50 on ParkWhiz.
