Yes, yes, but will the owner, GM, and coach understand what it is they are going to be seeing? That is the question.

Knowing our luck, we will win them all and SP will say backups are better as we draft a DE.

I think Brady was a 6th round pick...last 1st round QB Chiefs picked...Todd Blackledge, what a bust.

****ING NEWTON? Both Smith AND Wilson > Newton. That sorry asshole still doesn't know how to read his own ****ing playbook, much less understand the opposing defense's playbook. **** you, Covitz. |

And he's STILL having a better season than our #1 and #2 combined. Quinn/Cassel have combined for 2230 yds 6 TD 16 INT Cam Newton has 2701 yds 11 TD 10 INT |

This shit about the QB class is out of ****ing control. Now they're saying none of the QBs are as good as ****ing Newton?!
Cam Newton's great, don't get me wrong, but to take him over either Smith or Wilson is insanity. Much less to write that this is simply a fact of nature in ****ing NOVEMBER. **** Randy Covitz in the ass. He had a nice little article going here except for that one clause, which ruined the entire ****ing thing. |

Wasn't Griffin kind of lambasted as a "system QB" and "a spread QB"? I thought I remembed analysts saying that they thought he was a risky because he was a system QB. Time will tell, but he's done pretty well so far and has outplayed Luck as far as TD/INT ratio.
I have watched Smith and have been impressed. Granted I'm no analyst, but the kid has 3600 yds 37 TD 5 INT and is averaging 327 yd/gm and completing 70% of his passes. Not much of a defense to help him win games. Put Smith under center with Charles, Moeaki, Bowe and a speed WR...I'd like to see what the kid could do. |
