Team is loaded. Could win 12-14 games.I remember Dane and I laughed at for predicting 11 wins last year.

This team is primed for a big run in a weaker AFC conference. This team has the leadership with Andy Reid. I know he has his warts. So do other coaches. The Chiefs are loaded and very talented. They're solid at every position. We have a QB who we can win with and won't cost us games. We upgraded our oline with one of the best RTs in the league and helps tremendously considering the pass rushers in our division. This will also help Smith out. This team is loaded at RB. I like our WR core and Conley developing will be a big plus. I'd love to see Harris at TE take the next step and see us draft another or find a UDFA. This offense I see being much improved. I need to see Bert have a big season and start catching the deep passes.
The defense will be good again. The dline is stacked and will be added to with this deep draft. The LB core is really good. I love watching DJ and glad he's back for a few years. I'm expecting a good year from Dee Ford. If he can have a big season that would go along ways to helping while Houston recovers. I don't anticipate a long absence from Houston. I don't expect him to practice in training camp nor play in preseason. Fine by me. The secondary will get a boost from Gaines coming back and some draft picks added to the secondary. Marcus Peters won't be thrown at much this season. I hope Nelson can grab the slot position and run with it. This team is easily top 3 in the AFC. I see 13-3 and a first round bye. Should be the 1 or 2 seed. Winning that first playoff game was great but now it's time to take the next step and get Big Red and Co. a super bowl. I want to see DJ, Tamba and Jamaal hoist the Lombardi along with Clark Hunt. This team finally has the stability it needed and the fanbase deserves. Get ready boys it's going to be a fun ride! Just my quick thoughts before work.

11-5. AFC west Champs. Win in Wildcard round against Raiders. Then beat the steelers before losing to New England in AFCCG

I predicted 9-7 in the schedule thread and going to stick to that.
If we have a great draft, maybe we can win a couple of those close games I counted as losses. Watching the Chiefs unable to defend one yard passes in NE and not do much on offense without Maclin-does not give me confidence for the coming year. Too many question marks at WR, CB and with Houston. 9-7 with a 30% chance at a Wildcard spot. 12% chance to win WC. |

12-4, AFC West Champs.
Playoffs? Gut says AFCCG vs. New England. Depends on whether here or there as our chances to win. If we get em here, I say repeat of Super Bowl 1 fifty years laters: Green Bay Packers vs. Kansas City Chiefs. Print em. |

10-6 champs of a pretty bad AFC W division.
We win another 1st round playoff game ---------------------------- Anything less, and my yard will be looking awesome all year

This division isn't a bad division. Denver will take a step back due to losing QBs and Oakland is improved. SD will be the only shitty team. KC is really good. Its not the afc south that's for sure.

People are sleeping on the Chargers.....but they aren't as bad as they were last year. Last year was all because of injuries.

They also weren't very good. They were competitive but have big issues still.

I think Denver is a last place squad this year. Won't get four plus bogus wins with out the calls Manning brings
