Guys that have opinions on players they haven't watched. I wouldn't have a problem with his opinion if it didn't form from thin air, and what he remembered about a live game he watched months ago. I'm 99% sure he wasn't watching Nkemdiche specifically that game. |

It's not much different from you claiming "Cooper improved" when you had no clue he was benched at the end of the season. |

You tend to go on these tirades about silly things a lot. The kid from Ole Miss has a lot of talent, but a big part of why he might slip that far in the draft was he didn't show that talent every week. He was a hot and cold player that teams will fear making a first round investment in because if he doesn't become consistent at the NFL, he will never even get close to reaching his upside. Like O said, you can pick out 1 or 2 games from anyone that can make them look very good...but to be a big time player in the NFL, you need to consistently put in the work and NOBODY can say the kid WILL do that. |

But where was that against the rest of the SEC. You come off so wanting to argue with me, that you didn't even read the post. Calm down man, I was legitimately asking about the guy, you answered, I responded and you fly off the handle bars. And in regards to Cooper, he was benched, but IIRC, he was also dealing with injuries and the OL gurus on twitter were showing how he'd improved. |

The guy asked why he's considered a top 10 "talent" not "pick". He's talking like there's something he isn't seeing that everybody else does, but he hasn't even evaluated him. That's the epitome of ignorance. He has strong opinions about a lot of shit he hasn't done his homework on. You will never see me comment on a player I haven't evaluated. Because I'm aware of my ignorance on said player. |

Well last night I had my mind made up but then I remembered that the Giants also threw some serious coin at Damon Harrison (to go with Vernon) and suddenly I didn't care for their balance of assets on the DL. I also questioned if my guy was a true fit for a 4-3.
Which left 3 guys that I like but zero that I really loved. Two of them are great fits but only one of them I'm confident will still be a good fit under McAdoo. So with that, I'm going with Michael Thomas, WR - OSU. Miller's teammate and possibly the most polished WR in the draft. He doesn't really have the upside of a true #1 but he also looks like a 10 yr contributor as a plus #2. He just does so many technical things well and in McAdoo's WCO, he'll likely be a big time contributor. With ODB, it's just not as critical that the WR2 be a potential #1. I still think the Giants have misallocated some resources. They spent so much money on the DL in a year that the draft is historically deep on the line. I just don't think they can afford to throw any more capital (draft or cap) at the DL given the long-term commitments they've made.
