Just the perception of it. Philadelphia media has gone crazy the past few months comparing Chip to Reid/Howie Roseman. Especially after we got Maclin. I don't think Chip wants to extend that storyline any further than he has to.

That's true. I still don't think it'll happen. Hope it does though. There really wouldn't be a weak spot in the defense if we got him.
