and that is where the problem is! if you dont have a QB that can hit more then they miss, you sttruggle to make the play offs, you sit on that fence of, well we might be good enough to squeak into the play offs.

It's not like there wasn't time left after those lost leads, especially the 49ers game. Oops - INT |

Like I said earlier Russell Wilson doesn't go to the Super Bowl without his defense holding off the 49ers with a big game sealing INT.

Well, theres two sides of the coin. Maybe They ran that play earlier in the game and the guy hasnt been getting open majority of the time so he didn't bother? Not saying it was the right thing to do, maybe a thought process. He is obviously capable of leading to the playoffs since he's already proven that. Unless theres a standout QB out there waiting to be grasped.. load up the squad see what can happen.. if Alex ultimately is a disaster.. then well next man up. Chiefs are barely past year two of Reids rebuild of a 2-14 cultured squad.

do you even remember the roster the Niners had back then? Common man, yes, Wilson is far better at this stage but don't even try to make the comparison if you cant comprehend the difference in the team surrounding them when they started out.

Way to ignore the fact that I'm only comparing the situations in where one defense holds up to protect a lead over another defense that couldn't. The only thing i'm comparing about the QBs is that they were both able to get the lead in the 4th qtr. Russell Wilson is in his 3rd year in the same offense, Alex is in his 2nd.
