So, how does everyone feel about the Reid era so far?

So far...

• Reid hired an outstanding offensive coaching staff that is QB focused
• Reid hired a D-coordinator that was a surprise choice, but at least it's not on the tree and is a progressive defense. This is a pure "wait and see"
• To that point, he has done a terrific job of shedding the ***** and Carl Peterson "we only hire and sign people from the tree mentality." First time in umpteen years
• He upgraded the QB, though not crazy about the selection. We still have yet to see what his actual long-term plan is. This is another "wait and see"
• He did not force a 4-3 defense onto his team, even though that was probably his preference. He made the defense fit the players.
• Biggest of all, he's quickly opened the media back up to the fans. This is huge. Arrowhead has lost its edge and, sadly, true fans are the ones who fill stadiums.

All in all, done a great job so far with some areas that are pure "wait and see."
