Smoked Vegetable Recipes
Hey fellow BBQ smokers I'm looking for some good vegetable recipes to smoke on my Weber Kettle 22 1/2 in.
Smoking some chicken right now as we speak and doing a brisket this weekend. Believe it or not Kroger over here had briskets for .99 cents per pound for the last week and more cows were killed than ever. I specifically want to smoke onions but haven't had success without it them falling apart. Would like to hear what you guys did. |
