Anybody like or make bacon?
My most ambitious bacon makin event was this week...Started with 6 whole bellies. Did an EQ cure for 10 days, 3 days to dry in fridge, then 6 hours Monday and 6 hours Tuesday in smokehouse. Held temps between 65 and 95 with majority at about 70, smoke was dry native pecan and apple.
