Google Forms Help
I want to track behaviors on students. I want a teacher to be able to open a form, choose a student from a dropdown. Then I want them to fill out the form and have the form responses populate to a spreadsheet attached to that particular student. Then the next time a teacher chooses that student, I want the answers to continue to populate to that student's spreadsheet. The problem is that this is all one form, so I'm not sure I can make it break out into diverse spreadsheets.
I know I can sort of hack this together using sections (drop down of all students, have a section for each student, when a teacher selects the student, it moves to that student's section) but it's really inelegant, and I think I'll still end up with all the data from all students on one spreadsheet (which will get huge quickly). What I want is when a teacher selects a student, it moves on to an actual FORM for that individual student. Any addons that might handle this, or will I need to patch together my own script? Oh, also... if there's a way I could build this form from a spreadsheet instead of having to manually enter all the student information, that would be awesome. |
